• Free tier with basic features and premium subscriptions with advanced functionality
• Cloud hosting and maintenance of the bot infrastructure
• Regular updates and feature improvements

By accessing or using Crystal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services (in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You understand that this is a SaaS platform and not downloadable software

Our premium features are available through subscription plans with recurring payments:

• You authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

• The use of the bot to promote or distribute content that conflicts with these values is not permitted
• Content that may be considered offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with these standards should not be shared using the bot
• Activities that violate general moral or ethical principles are strictly prohibited
• The Crystal team reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in cases where these guidelines are not respected

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts:

• Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination
• Users will be notified of termination when possible
• Premium subscribers may receive partial refunds for unused service

We may update these terms periodically:

• Users will be notified of significant changes
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Previous versions will be archived and available upon request
